Business Concept

RESL is using an exploration model common in the oil and gas industry.

Coarse screening of sites has been conducted yielding prospective sites for further review.  Recently the Canadian Wind Energy Atlas has simplified coarse screening.

RESL then tests prospective areas using anemometer towers and has categorized 5 wind types and associated economics in the province.

Sites shown to be prospective are further tested using a full sized exploration turbine directly connected to the power distribution system.  This testing is CRCE eligible and generates revenue through power sales to the utility or to local large consumers.

Proven sites are developed into wind farms that are tied into the region’s power transmission infrastructure for domestic  retail sales or export sales.
